Step 01/

Schedule a discovery call 

In your inquiry response email, you’ll find a link to schedule a video call with us. During our chat, we'll get to know you and your vision for your wedding day, we’ll walk through pricing together, and answer any questions you have so you feel completely confident and excited moving forward!

Step 02/

Sign contract and pay retainer

Once you’ve chosen the perfect package, you’ll just need to sign the contract and pay a 25% retainer fee. After that, your date will be officially secured, and you can happily check “wedding photographer” off your to-do list!

Step 03/

the big day

Your big day is finally here! We'll show up ready and excited to capture all the big moments, and the sweet, in-between moments too. Our goal is to tell the story of your day just as it unfolds so you can look back and feel every bit of the joy and love all over again.

Step 04/

Questionnaire & Planning call

This is the fun part! We’ll send you a thoughtful questionnaire where you can share all the sweet details about your wedding day—your vision, colors, activities, dreams, and more. Then, we’ll hop on a video call to walk through it all together, making sure we’re perfectly aligned and ready to bring your dream day to life!

Step 04/

Gallery delivery

Diamond and Signature collections will receive Fujifilm sneak peeks within 24–48 hours of your wedding day, so you can enjoy a quick glimpse of your photos right away. The full gallery will be delivered to you 1 month after your wedding day!

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS OUTSIDE YOUR LOCAL AREA? +

Yes, we do! We are happy to travel anywhere your love takes us. Travel fees may apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK OR CAN'T MAKE IT? +

Life happens, and while we've never missed a wedding, we are always prepared just in case. If something unexpected were to come up, we have a network of trusted, professional photographers and videographers ready to step in so your day is covered seamlessly.

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE BOOKING? +

Yes! We offer pre-booking discovery calls so we can meet and get to know each other before you book. It's a chance to make sure we vibe well and are the perfect fit for your big day.

DO YOU OFFER VIDEO? +

Yes! My husband, Ashton, works alongside me as a wedding cinematographer to preserve your wedding day through video. We offer discounted photo and video collections when you book us together—allowing your wedding day to be beautifully preserved in both photographs and film for years to come.

DO YOU HELP WITH TIMELINE PLANNING OR SHOT LISTS? +

Yes! After working with over 90 brides, I've learned so much about creating a smooth, stress-free wedding day. We'll provide you with a customized wedding guide packed with over 40 pages of tips and resources, including sample timelines to help with planning. We are always here to answer any questions along the way, and we also share a customizable family photo shot list so you can be sure every important group is captured just how you envision.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND OTHER VENDORS? +

Yes! In your customized wedding guide, you'll find two full pages of our preferred vendors—including venues, florists, and caterers—that we know and love working with.

WE'RE AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. CAN YOU HELP WITH THAT? +

Of course! We know how awkward it can feel to be posed in front of a camera, but our goal is to make your photos feel like you. We will gently guide and direct you so you feel comfortable and confident, making the whole experience fun and natural—no need to worry about a thing.
